Processing time

We prepare and hand off orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time (Standard – Free)

Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for the first scan to appear.

Order changes & address

We can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate—parcels may be difficult to reroute once in transit.

Partial shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel (if applicable).

Duties & taxes

Any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Late / lost / damaged parcels

How to Start a Return: Please contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom-right of the store. Send your order number and return reason. For defects/damage, include clear photos within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll reply with return instructions and your RMA.

Refund timeline: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Notes: For change of mind/size, the customer covers return shipping. For defects/our error, we cover shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
